In the Edmonton-West Henday constituency there are five schools with Grade 9 students, either K-9 or Junior High Schools. I drafted this letter to be sent to each of the five schools to send official greetings from MLA Carson on the occasion of their Grade 9 graduation. I also designed the letterhead using Canva, but ultimately sent the letter on official letterhead with the traditional Legislative Assembly of Alberta gold seal. I initiated regular outreach to stakeholders in the constituency as part of my role, including schools, such as inviting Grade 6 social studies teachers to have MLA Carson speak to their class as they were learning about the Government.
